Mid Autumn Dan Huang Su (Pork) - 1pc

I'll be real honest and admit that I had no idea what to name this, I've always thought it was a Shanghai-nese mooncake, but it appears those have pork in them. And dan huang su (translates to egg yolk pastry) doesn't truly seem to cut it. But it has all 3 layers like legit mooncakes, and hey the yellow centre still symbolises the moon! It'll do. Still a mooncake.

Please note that the dan huang su all have a duck yolk centre.
