XMAS Quail Bone Broth - 35g

A warm, sippy drink for our as-cold-as-it-gets Christmas? We figured that some warming properties would be perfect for all the feasting this month! Some ginger and ceylon cinnamon to warm tummies, but balanced out nicely with a cooling hawthorn so as to not over heat!

We slow cooked whole quails with ginger, ceylon and hawthorn, before skimming fat and filtering out all the bits. Then we hand deboned the quails, mixed the meat right back into the broth to puree and freeze dry!

Enjoy these straight from the pack as a crunchy snack.
Rehydrate and chill for a cool-me-down sip.
Rehydrate with warm water and add to food to make a comfort meal.
