We learnt how to wrap bak zhangs! To celebrate this accomplishment, we made you a little batch :D In case it's not self explanatory, remove the leaves and twine before feeding, don't feed it whole! Highly recommend cutting them into half to admire the fillings first!
These are raw freeze dried (we didn't steam them!), in 3 different flavours. They are approximately 100g in wet weight before drying.
Bak Zhang (Chicken)
Ingredients: chicken breast, sweet potato, chicken ovary, prawn, black fungus, cashew nuts
Bak Zhang (Duck)
Ingredients: duck breast, sweet potato, duck egg, chestnuts, goji berries, corn, squid ink
Bak Zhang (Pork)
Ingredients: pork loin, sweet potato, prawn, chestnuts, cordycep flowers
