Fruity Duck Egg White Cubes (Vegetarian) - 60g

Okay we confess that we had a mountain of duck egg whites, ie perfectly good protein that we just couldn't bear to chuck. So we made it fun! A little cheese for palatability, and an assorted of veg and fruit for different flavours in a single pack! 

The duck egg white has been cooked to eliminate any concerns with albumin, making this an easily digestible, vegetarian snack!

yellow: mango
green: edamame, pandan
dark purple: purple sweet potato, yam
light purple: cranberry, raspberry
pink: mangosteen, lychee, strawberry
